SUBSTANCE: estimation of cardiac electroactivity is conducted for 2 minutes by pointing out successive selection of RR-intervals followed by development of successive row of digital codes that correspond to estimated lengths of RR-intervals to conduct filtration of this row by comparing subsequent code with preceding one and selecting to start further statistical treatment and spectral code analysis being 0.8-1.2 against preceding. Number of extrasystoles are determined according to the codes not corresponding to this spectrum. As a result of treating the row of codes a code is developed that corresponds to integral activity value of regulatory systems to estimate functional state of regulatory systems by revealing nine individual states and characteristics of regulatory system of cardiac rhythm.
