METHOD FOR OPERATIVE CONTROL OF POTENTIAL RESOURCES OF OPERATOR'S WORKING CAPACITY DURING THE WORK Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC A61B5/02 A61B5/04

Abstract RU 2301014 C2

FIELD: medicine, diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with evaluating operator's functional state by cardiac rhythm and could be applied in out-patient practice, under conditions of resuscitation, in sport, aviation and cosmic medicine and in homes. The innovation in question is based upon uninterrupted ECG monitoring at no time restrictions. The innovation should be implemented due to three inter-complementing operations: a) operative control of potential resources of operator's working capacity based upon processing the restricted volume of cardiointervals process (about 20-25 RR intervals), at applying digital filtration to exclude methodical errors associated with instable processes of cardiointervals followed by sliding registration; b) calculation of characteristics of potential resources of working capacity in any point of functional states' continuum by taking into consideration the modes of operator's work and rest periods due to applying formalized analytical description of characteristics of body functioning level according to cardiac rhythm and its derivatives as tension levels, potential resources of working capacity psychophysiological expenses to achieve the target function of operator's working activity; c) application of individual characteristics of functional state as a "standard" according to the scale of ratios (functional scale of measurement) corresponding to functional rest, which are determined, as a rule, under in-patient conditions that exclude the disorders in modes and health state, without any body-affecting impacts. The innovation is of widened spheres of application.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of control.
