Abstract RU 2480151 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to physiology and rehabilitology. Heart rate variability is examined before and after modeling extreme load in case of fire. Professional adaptation of cadet is considered to be satisfactory if as a result index of TP background sample decreases by not more than 50%, 30/15 index - by not more than 20% from initial values, and LF/HF index of active orthostatic test increases by not more than 30% from initial one.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to objectify and optimise both training process of preparing cadets of educational institutions of EMERCOM of Russia and efficiency of rehabilitating procedures individually for a particular person, to determine professional prognosis for teaching and dose intensity of impact of stressogenic factors in preparation of cadets of educational institutions of EMERCOM of Russia.
