FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: restoration of anatomic perineum structures is conducted by three sutures, each suture is performed by one ligature in the following sequence: levator with its fascia, posterior vaginal wall and levator with fascia of an opposite side, then levators with the catch of their own fascia of anterior rectal wall and sphincter to develop duplicatures of its ends. Ligature ends are directed onto the skin and after the wound is recovered these ligatures are removed from tissues. EFFECT: higher efficiency in correlation of homogeneous tissues at restoration of anatomic structures and relapses of rectal obturating apparatus failure. 3 dwg
