FIELD: medicine; traumatology and orthopedics for perosseous osteosynthesis both in stable fixation and compressive-distractive modes. SUBSTANCE: apparatus is applied assembled in stable fixation mode. Bone fixators 4 are passed through guides-holders 5 provided with two support legs and obliquely extending guide channel. Bone fixators are passed at an angle in relation to each other, and perpendicularly to bone axis through entire bulk of bone, and fixators 4 are clamped in guides-holders 5 by screw stopper 9. When apparatus is used in compressive-distractive mode, pins 4 are passed through each bone fragment and fixed in support plate 1 by fixators. Support plates 1 of curved oval shape have three rows of holes arranged in staggered order, parallel to curved line placed maximum possible in vicinity to patient's skin and connected by threaded rods 2 to carry out compression or destruction of bone fragments.
