FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology. Transosseous osteosynthesis with application of apparatus of external fixation is performed. Two intersecting pins are passed through each middle and lower third of ankle. Pins are fixed in ring supports, which are connected to each other by means of bars. Transosseous fixer in form of rod-hook is introduced into fragment of heel bone through lower edge of calcanean tuber from the side of sole surface of foot. Position of rod-hook is blocked inside heel bone ensuring elimination of its cutting through by introduction of spongioid screw into heel bone fragment from the side of lateral surface of foot with possibility of its surrounding by working part of rod-hook. Semi-ring is mounted, connecting it with circular support, installed in zone of lower third of ankle. To semi-ring by means of brackets connected is reposition unit, consisting of element of fixation in form of threaded rod on which installed with possibility of its movement in different planes installed is support holder, which has through hole for fixation in it of transosseous fixer. Rod-hook is fixed in through hole of support holder of reposition unit. Pin is passed through anterior part of talus to protect ankle joint against overdistension and fixed in semi-ring. Dosed reposition of fragments is performed in post-operation period. After achievement of complete reposition of fragments, their fixation is performed by introduction of cannulated screws into heel bone through upper part of calcanean tuber and line of fracture. After that, apparatus of external fixation with rod-hook and spongioid screw is removed.

EFFECT: method ensures reduction of trauma of performed surgery and reduction of rehabilitation period terms.
