FIELD: medicine, urology. SUBSTANCE: after bladder catheterization cutaneous fragments are cut making two parallel cuts by bordering shifted external urethral opening. Fragments are cut with subcutaneous-fatty layer. It is sutured above catheter with atraumatic needle without puncture into neourethral lumen. In one fragment in-puncture is conducted into subcutaneous fiber with out-puncture through dermal fragment layer. In the opposite cutaneous fragment in-puncture is conducted through dermal layer and out-puncture via subcutaneous fiber. The first knot is a double one, the second and third are single. After neourethra is developed external fragments are sutured by usual method. At the end of operation catheter is removed along with introducing petrolatum oil. EFFECT: decreased number of postoperative complications.
