FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: heating pad external waterproof flat packet in which number of layers of reactive oxidizing mixture is positioned. Mixture includes flexible polymeric binder with interlayers of aluminium foil and filtering paper which form packets and tearing packet with water including the bactericidal additive of polymeric film. Oxidizing mixture has the following composition, %: aluminium foil, 0.02-0.05 mm thick, 3-5; copper sulfate, 30-50; cuprous chloride, 2-5; perlitic sand in grains, 0.1-0.5 mm in diameter, 10-15; flexible polymeric binder, 2-5; water with bactericidal additive, 30-50. Tearing packets with water are arranged between external packet and filtering paper packet. They are provided with two hoses. One hose is secured tightly to external packet face, and the other is fitted with cord at its end passed through opposite face of external packet, the internal surface of which has plastic plates.
