FIELD: cold medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat sources protecting man from supercooling when executing work under cold exposure conditions. Invention is characterized by that in charge, containing iron powder, oxidation reaction initiator, water- retaining sorbent, sodium chloride, and water, said oxidation reaction initiator is silica gel with specific pore volume 0.75- 1.15 cu.cm/g and said water-retaining sorbent is selected from vermiculite, cellulose, and perlite sand. EFFECT: stabilized prolonged operation within temperature range 38-42 C, improved consumer's properties of products, and improved operation condition in production room.
