FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: blocking unit includes case formed by upper and lower case parts. Case parts can be manually rotated against each other. Case includes lock clamping device with work spring pushing an element with piston in steps. Outer wall of lower case part and inner wall of upper case part each feature an indent. When case parts rotate a buttress threaded unit compresses the work spring, and simultaneously mechanical counter with drive screw is actuated. Drive screw is mounted in lower case part wall and features a pusher affecting a slider. Pusher actuates blocking element, which comes to rest in both indents of case parts. Originally mobile blocking element reaches only the indent of lower case part.

EFFECT: limitation of use of devices with this blocking unit.
