FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method consists in separating proteins and nucleic acids in gel polymerized in tube vertically placed between upper and lower electronic reservoirs followed by collecting separated fractions coming out of gel. According to invention, travel direction of fractions in electrophoresis process is varied by rotating tube, different fractions are present in highest concentration in upper part of tube, and, for their best separation, near gel outlet, increased or decreased tension zone is formed from gel. Method may also be applied in molecular-biological research practice. EFFECT: enhanced separation efficiency. 1 dwg
