SUBSTANCE: device has special arrangement for delivering air into engine and air compressing arrangement. It has additionally air flow control means to regulate pressure of supercharging air delivered by air compressing arrangement including pressure control valve engaging with control processor responding to minimum one operating parameter. Valve is installed before inlet branch pipe of engine after air compressing arrangement and is coupled with electric motor which, in its turn, is coupled with processor.
