FIELD: analog systems. SUBSTANCE: integrated circuit has array A of analog variable-configuration cells CL, each being capable of connecting to other cells of array through junction circuits HB, VB. Each cell may be also selected separately by means of selection signals SS and DD arriving from shift registers DSR, PSR. Upon selection, cell CL is shaped by particular configurations DD, AD which set it so that it accepts definite electric configuration defined by digital data DD and determine various programmable registers and capacitors P/res, P/cap in cells with definite parameters by means of analog signals AD. These configurations are stored in random access memory RAM. Part of these data are converter into digital form by means of digital-to-analog converter DAC. Circuit is controlled by central control device capable of taking configuration or definite analog function out of many possible ones.
