FIELD: food industry, in particular, brewing industry for utilization of wastes of beer production - excessive beer yeast for yeasting of sugary feed for bees, for example. SUBSTANCE: sugar syrup is prepared by dissolving sugar in boiling water. Introduced after cooling till the temperature of thermostatic control is suspension of excessive beer yeast prepared at ratio water and yeast 2:1. Mixture of sugar syrup and yeast suspension is thoroughly mixed, controlled thermostatically for 48-72 h till required degree of saccharose hydrolysis. EFFECT: production of feed similar by composition of sugars to honey.
