The novel strain of yeast is obtained by ultraviolet irradiation of cells of the strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae, strain XII in combination with chemical mutagens. Strain is deposited in collection of pure cultures of Microbiology and Biochemistry department of Voronezh State Technological Academy at N VGSH-2.
