FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: solid nonporous microsphere has diameter 1-300 mcm and made of one or some pharmaceutically active substances at melting point above 60 C. Microsphere can contain additionally special additions as stabilizing or structurizing agents for an active component. Pharmaceutically active substance is taken from steroids, for example, progesterone, 17-β-estradiol or from analgetics, for example, naproxen, indomethacin. Method of microsphere producing involves the following stages: an active component is melted in inert atmosphere, melt is sprayed in freezing chamber at temperature from -15 to -50 C under pressure of inert atmosphere as mist consisting of the smallest drops. Drops were frozen and obtained microspheres were separated for fractions by size. Above 70% obtained microspheres have diameter 70-130% of required diameter value. Suspension designed for parenteral administration by injection has an effective amount of described microspheres distributed in pharmaceutically acceptable liquid vector. Liquid medium is an aqueous salt solutions, for example, physiological solution, or oils. An active component of microsphere is insoluble in indicated liquid medium. Suspension can be contraceptive formula or that for osteoporosis prophylaxis in women at menopause. EFFECT: improved method of producing and quality. 17 cl, 22 dwg
