Lipophilic phase has compound forming chylomicrons matrix, lecithin or phospholipid and lipophilic surface-active substance. Volume ratio of hydrophilic and lipophilic phase = (0.2:1)-(5:1). Biologically active substance is a protein taken from group involving insulin, erythropoietin, pig somatotropin, human growth hormone and salmon calcitonine. Method of preparing pharmaceutical composition involves preparing hydrophilic and lipophilic phases which were mixed thoroughly obtaining nonliposomal composition.
