SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a vessel mounted on a frame, which can turn relative to the horizontal axis, jacket for heating or cooling, agitator, product unloading device. Filtering of the stock obtained in the apparatus is effected through filtering cartridges fastened on the body when the latter is turned process sediment is removed and unloaded in the apparatus returned to the initial position; reciprocating motion is imparted to the sediment removing device secured on three rods. Efficiency of product unloading, irrespective of the product properties is provided by the agitator that can change the direction and speed of rotation, it is actuated for unloading of dry or paste-like product.
