FIELD: centrifugal separation of liquid mixtures, food, dairy and meet industry. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal separator has drum put on shaft. Inside drum there are plate holder with central cavity, package of plates, chambers to supply separated liquid into package of plates, feeding and gas release conduits connecting central cavity of plate holder with mentioned chambers and receiving and discharge gear. Drum is fitted with gas separation chambers communicating with feeding and gas release and chambers to supply separated liquid into package of plates. Walls of each gas separating chamber are curvilinear for impact-free turn of stream of liquid before it is injected into package of plates. EFFECT: increased productivity. 3 dwg
