FIELD: separation of liquids into fractions in field of action of centrifugal forces; canning, oil-and-fat, bear-brewing, wine and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed separator is provided with drum which includes base and cover where plate holder is mounted; plate stack mounted in drum includes separating plate forming accumulating chambers together with cover for heavy liquid fraction. Pressure disks of light and heavy fractions are located in upper portion of drum. Outer surface of separating plate is provided with fins and device for preventing discharge of heavy liquid fraction from accumulating chambers to sludge cavity of drum during unloading sediment is located below said fins. Device is made in form of circular elastic belt with streamlined projections; holes made between these projections are used for passage of heavy liquid fraction.
