FIELD: manufacture of glass cutters, heads of hardness testers, supporting and contact members of measuring instruments, cutting tips for cutters and milling cutters, burnishers, drill bits, drawing dies; may be used in mechanical engineering, instrumentation engineering, mining, metallurgy (wire drawing). SUBSTANCE: method consists in installation in body hollow of auxiliary bushing accommodating working member with gap and its heating and reduction together with working member in electrodes of resistance welding machine. Before installation end face and part of external surface of auxiliary bushing are wetted with fluid whose viscosity is not less than 9 cSt, and then wetted part is dipped into solder powder based on nickel. EFFECT: provision of production of reliable welded-soldered joint of working member with tool body.
