FIELD: technology of flame protecting agents for structures of various type from inflammation. SUBSTANCE: fireproof material comprises 25-100 wt parts of oxidized graphite, 25-100 wt parts of expanded graphite per 100 wt parts of unsaturated rubber selected from the group consisting of triple ethylene-propylene- diene or butadiene nitrile graphite. Composite material is prepared by preliminarily rolling unsaturated rubber, adding oxidized and expanded graphite to layer of rolled rubber, subsequently rolling material till components are completely mixed. Addition of vulcanizing agent and vulcanization of fireproof material are optional. EFFECT: improved properties of the fireproof material. 4 cl
