FIELD: fireproofing materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for preparing fireproofing coatings designated for protection of carrying metallic construction against flame effect. Composite comprises epoxydiane oligomer ED-20 as a binding agent, oxidized graphite, vat waste in production of morpholine. Oxidized graphite is prepared by electrochemical oxidation of natural graphite in sulfuric acid solution with expansion degree value 40 at 120 C. The definite ratio of components in composite provides also high adhesion to metal, low density, water-resistance and refractoriness.
