FIELD: medical and microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical fermenters arranged in one row and provided with transparent walls and branch pipes for discharge of culture liquid, seed material and nutrient medium supply pipes, illumination lamps positioned outside fermenters and unit for controlling microorganism cultivation process. Apparatus is further provided with mixer for mixing supplied seed material and nutrient medium, circulation pump and heat-exchanger, which are communicated through pipelines to define culture liquid circulation circuit. Lower parts of fermenters are connected to pipeline communicating heat-exchanger with mixer and upper parts are communicated with mixer through pipelines. Pipeline for connecting mixer with circulation pump carries pH and temperature sensors. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 2 dwg
