FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: halophilic microorganisms are cultured in e few apparatus under condition of stabilization of regime culturing. Growing medium is removed continuously from one apparatus and medium flow is distributed among other devices proportionally to growing medium volume in theirs. The corresponding amount of medium from these devices is fed to the first device at constant medium volume in each device providing closed contour of medium circulation among all devices. Value of growing medium circulation flow to the total growing medium volume in all devices exceeds the specific growth rate of microorganism by 10 fold, not less. Biomass yield is 50 g/l, not less, being without sowing material feeding during process. EFFECT: intensified culturing process, simplified technology, increased yield of biomass. 4 cl
