FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an installation for producing biomass of aerobic microorganisms. Installation represents a cylindrical housing limiting the internal reaction volume. In the upper part of the housing, a fan wheel and a mixer are installed on the axis of the bearing fixed in the cross-piece. On the mixer there fixed is the collector for supply of culture liquid with water into the aerator vortex chamber through the holes in the collector. Collector is connected to pressure pipeline by means of jet ejector to feed seeding material. At that, the mixer is made with possibility of rotation due to action of a high-pressure vortex jet formed at the inlet of the aerator vortex chamber. In the lower part of the growth chamber of the culture liquid, a swirler is installed, a perforated axial tube is attached to the swirler, and the pressure pipeline is installed tangentially to the generating surface of the upper part of the cylindrical housing. Pressure pipeline accommodates jet ejector to feed gas into vortex mixer and aerator vortex chamber and jet ejector to transport seeding material.
EFFECT: invention ensures maximum economic and ecological effect with continuous removal of biomass.
