FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adsorption pumps designed for maintaining vacuum by adsorbing molecules of gases from closed spaces. Proposed adsorption pump has heat-insulated vessel with cooling agent, and filling and draining pipelines. Double -walled chamber with adsorbent is fastened on inner wall of vessel. Drain pipeline and cylindrical partition installed coaxially with chamber are introduced into inner space of chamber. Cylindrical partition is installed with clearance relative to inner surface of chamber stopped at both sides. Throttling device is installed at inlet in clearance from side of drain pipe getting out of chamber. EFFECT: provision of continuous operation owing to cooling adsorbent to temperature lower than that of temperature of cooling agent in vessel. 1 dwg
