FIELD: analytical methods. SUBSTANCE: method includes chromatographing of sample and calculation of acetonitrile concentration. According to invention, sample to be analyzed is first distilled on installation containing 25-30-cm dephlegmator. For chromatography, first portion of distillate is used constituting 5-7% of initial volume of sample. Calculation of acetonitrile concentration is fulfilled taking into consideration concentration coefficient that is preliminarily found using standard acetonitrile solutions with 0.2 to 2.0 mg/cu.dm of acetonitrile.
