FIELD: analytical chemistry, in particular HPLC method for detection of water soluble vitamins in feeds, polyvitamin blends, body fluids (blood serum) and other biological samples.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes extraction of tested vitamin from sample of analyzed product, filtration, extract centrifugation and chromatography by HPLC method by using of precolumn, degasser, and thermostat for column, wherein as eluent mixture of methanol and acetate buffer solution with predetermined pH value is used. Methanol/acetate buffer ratio is selected on the base of column type, and wave length is 275 nm for group B vitamins, and 295 nm for vitamin C.

EFFECT: method of increased concentration range and improved accuracy.
