FIELD: electrical engineering; measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: lower support has stone holders with corundum stones positioned in them. Ball is placed between spherical surfaces of corundum stones. Upper stone holder is provided with tapered hole in upper part with cone angle of 19 deg, the longitudinal axis of which coincides with longitudinal axis of corundum stone spherical surface. Relation of ball diameter and diameters of corundum stone spherical surfaces equals 0.81 for three-phase meter and 0.75 for single-phase meter.
