FIELD: electricity meters. SUBSTANCE: register has socket with posts, shafts mounted in them and carrying numbered drum and tumbler tubes, set of gear wheels. Mount flanged at bottom is installed between posts in bottom part of socket. One of socket mounts has bottom projection for inserting semi-shafts between this projection and mount flange. Semi-shafts carry output gear wheel. Semi-shaft and gear wheel assembly is mounted in mechanically fixed bearings. Socket is provided with mechanical dogs and latches for fixing meter panel.
