FIELD: recovery of nuclear fuel of spent fuel assemblies at various radiochemical factories. SUBSTANCE: annular reaction cavity of device is divided by vertical paired partitions in at least two separate sections. Smaller parts of reaction cavity enclosed between partitions form discharge channels placed inside annular reaction cavity and partitions proper do not reach cavity bottom. At least one nozzle is provided in reaction cavity bottom under each discharge channel. Device has additional nozzles in reaction cavity bottom placed between discharge channels and directed towards these channels. Reaction cavity bottom may be made so that it is inclined to discharge channels. EFFECT: improved capacity of device, facilitated procedure, improved safety in operation. 3 cl, 4 dwg
