FIELD: fuel systems.
SUBSTANCE: method for dissolution of nuclear fuel includes loading of ground FA, supply of reagents, dissolution of fuel with the help of reagents, flushing of undissolved pieces and unloading. After dissolution and solution discharge again another portion of ground FA is loaded without unloading of previously processed portion, reagent is supplied, dissolution is carried out, and several cycles are carried out in this way. Then fuel is additionally dissolved in sediment, undissolved pieces are flushed and unloaded for burial, by action of compressed gas. Device for method realisation comprises external and internal bodies, annular reaction cavity between them, loading unit, cover, distribution cone, devices for unloading and blowing nozzles. In bottom of annular reaction cavity there are at least two holes for unloading of shells. Device has at least two discharge pipelines for removal of undissolved pieces from device. They create a receiving chamber under bottom hole, are combined at body top into single pipeline of pulse pneumatic transport and have nozzles.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability.
