FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises loading of ground fuel assemblies, feeding of reagents, flushing of insoluble lumps and unloading. The said unloading includes the removal of the said insoluble lumps by compressed air. A two-phase flow of the fine abrasive particles formed in the aforesaid removal of insoluble lumps is sprayed. Conditions for flow splitting are developed to form lateral flows all around. This device comprises outer and inner bodies making a circular reaction chamber, a loading assembly and an unloading assembly. The latter comprises a grate-like partition with nozzles arranged at the bottom section under the said reaction chamber. The sub grate space is divided by partitions into at least four sections-chambers. Every partition is provided with a round overflow bore arranged at least at two minimum sizes of the latter under the sub grate space and sidewalls.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
