FIELD: quantum electronics, in particular, pumping pulse-periodic lasers, for chemical plasma tasks. SUBSTANCE: all electrodes 2, 3 of laser chamber 1 are made from separate plates 7 which are not electrically connected and are located in parallel. Each plate 7 is connected through corresponding stabilizing element 10 to common line 6 which is not connected to other sections 9 of pumping unit 5. In addition each plate 7 of electrodes 2, 3 is connected through corresponding stabilizing inductance 12 to high-voltage preliminary pulse source 11. Members 17 which are made from dielectric material are located between plates 7 of all electrodes. Said members shape gas mix flow in direction which is perpendicular to working edges 19 of plates 7 of electrodes 2, 3. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 6 cl, 5 dwg
