FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has ferromagnetic electricity conducting former 1 and winding parts 2 placed in respective slots 3. Each winding part 2 has easily conducting main body 4 with impregnating and insulating sleeve 5 around it which, in its turn, is covered with impregnating and protecting semiconducting layer 6. Separating layer 8 placed between each winding part 3 and at least one wall 7 of respective slot 3 has, according to invention, mainly mica flakes 10 placed flat between winding part 2 and at least one slot wall 7; protective layer 6 and wall 7 are electrically interconnected through slightly conducting bridges 9. Device is useful, in particular, for manufacturing electrical machine components when it is impregnated with epoxy base potting material. EFFECT: high stability of component using this device at temperature fluctuations, mechanical thrusts, and varying magnetic fields. 15 cl, 4 dwg
