SUBSTANCE: invention relates to corona protective tape for rotating electrical machine of high voltage, formed by vacuum-injection impregnation method "VPI-method", by impregnation with anhydride-free impregnating agents, which quickly initiate homopolymerisation and have no effect on the respiratory tract, and can be used to form an insulation system depending on the rated voltage of the rotating electrical machine. Technical result is provided by the fact that tape hardening accelerator is selected from salts of superacids containing sulphonium cation, suitable for accelerating cationic homopolymerisation of an anhydride-free impregnating composition based on a resin containing epoxy groups. Main insulation, respectively AGS, EGS and IPS of corona protection, as a rule, is formed by winding corona protective tape, which is impregnated with an impregnating composition.

EFFECT: high stability of the tape relative to electrical conductivity.
