FIELD: equipment of charged particle accelerators. SUBSTANCE: accelerating structure has accelerating cells and internal cells of communication positioned on the axis. To increase communication coefficient and to raise shunt resistance, length 2lc of communication cells is selected within the range of 0,004λ<2lc<0,02λ. and thickness t of cell partition, within 0,008λ< t <0,013λ. Width Δ of communication slit is 5t<Δ<10t, where λ is wave length of working oscillation in structure. Radial slots are made in partitions between cells to increase vacuum conductance. Slots form through channels via the entire sequence of cells. EFFECT: higher efficiency of construction. 2 cl, 3 dwg
