FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: labels 4 are glued to surface of material-base 1 which looks like cloth and moves rhythmically. Then connecting members 6a, 6b are coupled to labels 4. Separate electrodes are formed of material-base 1 with labels 4 glued in row and connecting members 6a, 6b. Solid tape 4', on which layer of thermoactivated gluing substance is applied, is brought to label application device 10 in which labels are cut out of tape, one after another, and applied on material-base 1 by heating the gluing substance as required.
