FIELD: packing industry.

SUBSTANCE: device pertains to devices for sticking labels on cylindrical containers, for example, bottles. The labelling machine consists of a conveyer for entrance and withdrawal of cylindrical containers, for example bottles, device for separation, driving vacuum roll, device for passage of a continuous labelling belt from a bobbin onto the surface of the vacuum roll, device for putting glue on the labelling belt with its subsequent cutting into separate labels, device for rolling the labels onto the container, device for heating the glue, as well as device for driving, synchronisation and regulation of the machine itself. Between the driving rollers of the belt and the vacuum roll, equipped with flat straps, in contact with the roll in grooves, made on its cylindrical surface with a given spacing, there are extra vacuum rolls and extra cutting devices, designed for putting glue onto the labelling belt and its preliminary breaking into straight sections with a given spacing along the straight, perpendicular its longer side. The spacing is in such a way that, when the labelling belt passes to the cylindrical surface of the vacuum roll, broken sections are opposite the flat straps. Final cutting of the labelling belt happens on the cylindrical surface of the vacuum roll in the intervals between the flat straps, meant for holding and rolling-off the labels onto the cylindrical container. The device for rolling-off the labels is flat and covered by an elastic material, for example, a sponge rubber. In the container for preparing the glue there is a glue pump for applying the glue to the surface of the gluing roll, in which, as in the gluing roll, there are inbuilt devices for heating the glue. The de-coiling device is equipped with an automatic system for regulation of the speed of unwinding, providing for reducing error in the length of the labels during cutting.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation and improved quality of sticking labels.
