FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing connected to handle by means of seal and fixing key. Cylindrical channel with heated medium is inside of the device. Activation unit which diameter is greater than that of the cylindrical channel, is placed in the end part. The handle end is hermetically connected to flexible membrane. Thermochemical reaction of the heating medium being activated, the casing becomes warm and prostate massage is carried out.
