FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out implantation carbon fiber felt into eye orbit. An additional implant is placed behind the posterior sheet of Tenon's capsule, its volume being enough for retrobulbar tissue deficiency to be compensated. The rest portion of the implant is placed into muscular funnel between the posterior and anterior sheet of Tenon's capsule. Tissues above them are sutured in the commonly applied operation sequence. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved cosmetic rehabilitation. 2 dwg
