FIELD: ophthalmology, designed for plastic and reconstructive operations in formation of locomotor stumps after enucleation and in cases of anophthalmus. SUBSTANCE: implant is made of carbon felt-carbotextim in form of separate disks of various diameters (10-12-14-16-18-20-22 mm ) and 3 mm thick. Similar implant may be varied during operation to obtain individual size of implant and more adequate compensation of missing volume of soft tissues. Offered implant is simple in application and may be considered optimal for formation of locomotor stump, especially, in complicated and nonstandard cases. EFFECT: provided formation of adequate locomotor sump after enucleation and postponed plasty of stump in anophthalmus in patients with different individual features. 3 dwg
