FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves making incision and separating conjunctiva. Direct muscles are exposed together with superficial sclera flaps along muscles to posterior eye pole. The inferior and superior direct muscles are separated together with oblique muscles. Neurotomy is carried out. The eyeball is removed and an implant is set in the eye socket. Then, the separated superficial sclera flaps are sutured to each other.
EFFECT: improved prosthetic repair conditions; low probability of implant exposure.
