FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: new chemical compound - N-(2,4,6-trimethylphenylcarbamoyl)-N-allylmorpholinium bromide of the formula (I) . Method of synthesis of compound (I) involves interaction of N-(2,4,6-trimethylphenylcarbamoyl- -methyl)-morpholine with allyl bromide at mole ratio = 1:(1.4-1.6), respectively, in isopropyl alcohol medium at 55-65 C followed by separation of the end product after reaction mass cooling to the room temperature. Yield is 90%, content of basic substance is 99%, not less. Synthesized compound shows antiischemic and antiarrhythmic effects in animal experiments and under clinic conditions and can be used for making perspective medicinal agent for ischemic heart disease treatment.
