SUBSTANCE: crumb and dust of aluminosilicate catalyst-waste of production of catalyst mills and catalytic cracking plants - are preliminarily mixed with old or newly formed petroleum slime after centrifuges of oil refineries; then the obtained mass is mixed with bituminous coal ash until a granular organomineral mixture is obtained at the following relation of components, mass percent: petroleum slime - 30 to 60; crumb and dust of aluminosilicate catalyst - 2 to 20; bituminous coal ash - 38 to 50; use is made of bituminous coal ash with a content of aluminium oxide of at least 20% and silicon oxide - at least 50%.
