FIELD: hand grippers for transfer and treatment of flat plates. SUBSTANCE: pincers have spring branches 1 and 2, made of material that is resistant to corrosive media, and grippers rigidly connected to them and also made of corrosion-resistant material. Each gripper 3 has rods 4, whose length is not less than a half of the pincers length, the gripper is rigidly connected to its branch by means of the rod. The pincers length is to the gripper length and width as 10 to 6.8-7.0 and 1.2-2.0, respectively. Grooves 7 for installation of a mask are made in radius on the inner surface of grippers 3. The pincers may find application at a relatively small range of variations of treated templets and sufficiently large minimum size of the mask. EFFECT: improved design. 5 cl, 7 dwg
