FIELD: railway transport; brake systems. SUBSTANCE: control tie-rod is installed for turning and axial displacement in bearing housing rigidly connected with eye plate of brake rigging regulator and for turning in other housing of bearing rigidly connected with eye plate of tie-rod and is provided with shoulder in bearing area. Control tie-rod has two crank pins on end pointed to brake rigging regulator. Pins are arranged at different from end face surface of regulator. End face surfaces of shoulder and bearing pointed to each other form friction joint. Shoulder or hinge of control lever forms axial clearance corresponding to friction joint clearance with bearing housing. EFFECT: enhanced operation reliability. 2 dwg
