SUBSTANCE: end of brake rigging regulator tie-rod 8 directed from brake rigging regulator 7 has forked head 10 whose tines 11 have, each, one elongated hole 12. Pusher 15 of variable width is installed between forked head trunnion 13 passing through elongated holes 12 and inner portion 14 of forked head 10. Wider portion of pusher 15 has rod-shaped extension 16 hinge coupled with change-over lever 18 installed for turning on lever bracket 17 of brake cylinder 1. Change-over lever has control lever 19 shifted by overcoming resistance of spring clamping mechanism. Control lever 19 and change-over lever 18 form crank lever which is coupled with change-over device 21 through connecting 20. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 dwg
