FIELD: railway transport; brake systems. SUBSTANCE: air distributor with two pressure steps and air distributor with three pressure steps are placed in interaction through additional device consisting of filling retarder, control device in working chamber in pneumatic brake/accelerating device system and multiway selector switch. It has also arrester piston secured in air distributor with three pressure steps. In some operating positions accelerating device and control device of working chamber in pneumatic d brake system are locked, and simultaneously separate control device or working chamber in pneumatic brake/accelerator system is connected.
